ASAS PAN GULF For Real Estate Investment Company has announced the top winning Design brought up and proposed by The Architectural Center (Arc Center) for architectural and engineering consultancy, based in the competition to design a luxury apartment project in AL Khobar City at the Eastern Region. An Engineering Offices, which are among the most prominent offices globally and locally have been competed on the design of the project to be implemented on an area of 5700 square meters in the city of AL Khobar, at AL Shubaily High Rise. Said Engr. Abdullah Al-Manea, general manager 0f ASAS, the project aims to support the tourism and service of the business sector, having high growth rates in the eastern region.

Engr. AL Manea also delivered a speech in the Declaration of the winner at a ceremony which was held last Sunday evening in (Seef) Hall. He assured the project design competition is a part of ASAS plans to develop its properties in accordance with the highest quality standards and beautiful design, which is beneficial to the assets of the company and the appearance of Saudi cities. ASAS Company has set forth competition among a number of local and global engineering offices to offer the best design for the project. This Design should reflect the Arab and Islamic identity and heritage of the Arabian Gulf region as well as the commitment of the building to the specifications and requirements of  the environment. For his part, the competition coordinator, Engr Abdel-Aziz al-Babtain said that this event which is the 2^nd. competition of ASAS company is confirming the company's search for innovative architectural solutions to give the dimensions  reflect the level of progress and civilization of  Saudi Arabia. Babtain said that the jury included a group of senior experts and academic professors specialized in the field of architectural design, confirming that the criteria for the selection of the winning Design fully committed to the terms of the competition . This is to be in terms of creativity in the design and the extent of its commitment to advancing the ideas according to the desired level.
