Engr. Abdullah Al Manea - Engr. Markus Daffner signing the MOU
ASAS PAN GULF for Real Estate Inv. has been signed a memorandum of understanding with the German company Kling Consult . The convention requires to activate joint cooperation in the field of engineering consultancy , where Kling Consult was already the award winning company to ASAS PAN GULF Competition of the best Architectural Design for a 5 - stars hotel to be built in AL Khobar City – Seafront with the costs of the project ( 180 million S.R ) . The design has been taken into account to the determination of the appropriate pattern derived from the reality of the environment and cultural heritage in addition to the unique architectural touches reflected through the design which has been admired and appreciated by everybody .
Kling Consult Company was founded since 1954 , and has a wide implementation of several works in Europe , Africa, and Middle East countries , were its rendering services in the field of architectural design , cities design , urban design and infrastructural design , as well as planning and civil engineering . The strategy of ASAS PAN GULF for Real Estate Inv. based on the real estate industry through its joint cooperation with specialized international companies to improve the types of construction and to associate with different cultures reflecting the widening prospects in the field of urban planning and the search for engineering solutions & formulas suited to all categories in line with the pattern of living , as well as support for a smart eco – friendly buildings .
The MOU was signed by Engr. Abdullah Al Manea , General Manager of ASAS PAN GULF and Engr. Markus Daffner , Managing partner of Kling Consult Co. It should be noted that ASAS PAN GULF is going to set forth the 2nd Competition for the best Architectural Design for the construction of Luxury Apartments in Al Shobaily High Rise at Al Khobar city . Several global consulting offices will participate in the competition . Engr. Markus Daffner was very pleased with the joint cooperation and he is looking forward to focus the activities of Kling Consult Company in the Gulf region especially Saudi Arabia where the supporting constituents is available for the investment and the appropriate environment for displaying the distinct ideas .
